SAMUEL W. DUGGAN II
Vice President Investor Relations and Treasurer
Samuel W. Duggan II was named corporate vice president and vice president investor relations
and treasurer in June 2007. Prior to that, he served Kellwood as vice president treasury services,
a post he had held since May 2006. Mr. Duggan joined the Company in January 2005 as vice president
of shared services.
Before joining Kellwood, Mr. Duggan worked for nine years at MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc.,
rising to vice president of corporate accounting. Mr. Duggan held senior financial management
positions at MEMC, including vice president business development, operations controller and
director investor relations. Previously, Mr. Duggan spent 10 years at KPMG in public accounting.
He received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Saint Louis University and
his Masters of business administration from the University of Notre Dame.
